XCOM: Enemy Within is an expansion to the award winning turn-based-action-strategy game XCOM: Enemy Unknown.
In this expansion players will be presented with an array of updates, such as a new class and the ability to change a trooper's language to match his or her nationality.
Players in XCOM: Enemy Within will also be able to build MEC Troopers by augmenting their soldiers. Different MECs come with different abilities, for instance the Support MEC comes with a passive that grants +10 defense to all nearby units. Furthermore, troopers in XCOM: Enemy Within will be able to undergo gene therapy that will allow them to gain special abilities; Adaptive Bone Marrow gene therapy will allow troopers to quickly heal wounds. XCOM: Enemy Within even allows troopers to gain an extra inventory slot! More mines!
